This Basic Life Support renewal training requires all participants hold an AHA BLS certification card that is current on the date of the course. Basic Life Support training reinforces healthcare professionals’ understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, basic steps of performing CPR, relieving choking, and using an AED; and the role of each link in the Chain of Survival. This BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

The American Heart Association requires each student to have access to their own current AHA textbook prior to, during and after their CPR course.

You will receive a certification e-card from AHA (American Heart Association) good for 2 years.

4 easy steps:

Step 1: Purchase the class through our website – you will sign up for a class session at this time (session scheduling closes 24hrs. before the class to allow time to complete registration)

Step 2: Receive an email with class confirmation and location 

Step 3: Attend previously scheduled session – Ask questions, practice, and then test your skills with one of our instructors.

Step 4: Receive your AHA BLS card via email within 1 business day.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds for classes unless the purchase was made in error. Reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled course. A rescheduling fee will be applied if there is less than 48 hours’ notice or no call/no show.
